My first project was to tackle the papers, the gobs and gobs of papers that clutter our counter top. I saw a brilliant idea, unfortunately I can't remember where I saw it amongst the clicks and clicks on Pinterest. I am sure you understand, we will call it the Pinterest rabbit hole. You click on one thing and that leads you to 10 different awesome sites. I get lost a lot of the time, asking, "How did I end up here?" Of course, this is the reason I love Pinterest, so many things to see. I promise to get better at that in the future. Giving props where props are due.
So on to the project. This is my solution:
The Basket of Hope is what I will call it. I small change to a massive problem in our household. Here is an inside look:
Everything all organized. Things I will coral in the Basket of Hope; mail, school papers, chapstick, keys, wallets, Ipods, cameras, etc. Anything that is always laying on my counter. I promise myself to go through it daily and clear out what needs to be cleared. Believe it or not this gorgeous basket has been collecting dust in my basement for years, just waiting for a purpose.
Well that is that, not too hard. Can't wait to get going on my next project . . . . The Office and Entryway, both are in desperate need of a make over.
